Materials & finishes
Our jewelry uses a stainless steel base. The gold finish has an 18K gold PVD coating; the silver option is silver-tone stainless steel.
Some designs also include cord, beads, enamel or decorative stones. The 18K description refers to the gold coating, not solid gold.
Sizing
Available size range: 5–9 for sized designs. One-size designs do not use this range.
A measurement chart and the applicable sizing standard will be provided before sized items can be ordered. This range does not specify nose-ring gauge or diameter.
Jewelry care
After wearing, gently wipe with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. For metal-only pieces, use a little mild soap and lukewarm water when needed, then rinse and dry fully.
Keep cord, beads, glued settings and decorative finishes out of soaking water; clean these gently with a dry cloth.
Apply perfume, lotions and cosmetics before putting jewelry on. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercise and sleeping. Avoid chlorine, salt water, household cleaners and harsh chemicals.
Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or compartment. Avoid abrasive polish, silver dip, steam and ultrasonic cleaners. PVD is durable but can wear with friction and chemicals.
Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–7 days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by holidays, address issues or carrier delays.
Shipping charges and any destination restrictions will be shown before payment when checkout opens. Tracking will be provided after dispatch.
Returns & refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items with their original accessories and packaging. No restocking fee applies.
For the voluntary return period after any statutory return window, earrings and nose jewelry must be unworn with any hygiene seal intact. This condition does not reduce your legal rights, including reasonable inspection rights.
For a change of mind, you pay return postage. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover reasonable return shipping and offer a replacement or refund. Keep photos and your order details.
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
Applicable statutory rights, including China’s seven-day no-reason return right where it applies, remain unaffected. Opening packaging for reasonable inspection alone does not automatically prevent a statutory return.
When ordering opens, use the support contact in your order confirmation to request a return with your order number and item details. We will provide a verified return address. Do not send goods without return instructions.
Before we open
The store is currently a preview: checkout and payment collection are not active. Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank cards are planned options. Support contact details, sizing measurements and final delivery charges will be published before orders open.
